At Tesla Outsourcing Services, we were integral to the successful redevelopment of two commercial structures: a Library and a Bank, utilizing cutting-edge BIM methodologies. Our approach ensured seamless integration across multiple disciplines, leveraging existing CAD documentation and photographic records provided by the client.

Through our comprehensive BIM modeling, we delivered LOD 350 models across Architectural, Structural/Steel Structural, and MEP disciplines, ensuring precision throughout every phase of the project. Our scope of work involved documenting existing conditions slated for demolition and creating detailed models for the proposed new construction.

In a project of this scale, having a clear, organized approach is key. That’s why we employed Revit’s advanced phasing features to distinguish between the existing and new construction phases. This not only streamlined sequencing but also greatly enhanced project coordination.
